As a Client Service Specialist, I work closely with our clients in order to gain a better understanding of their situation to best fulfill their financial needs.
The most important aspect I see within my work is creating the best possible client experience. In order to achieve this, I hope to create and nurture meaningful relationships while developing a clear line of communication. I am a very passionate learner and I hope to promote financial literacy amongst everyone within our network. Only when I am helping others succeed financially is when I’m most satisfied with my performance.
I recently graduated from Truman State University and after interning with PWM for three summers, I’m excited to get started full time. I am a native St. Louisian and when I’m not at work you can find me attending our St. Louis Blues games, theater productions at the Fox, or concerts within the area. I am very eager to meet more people and to help make a positive impact on their financial well-being.
